On the SNCF website, click on "Information Schedule and Booking", then type in your departure and arrival towns, your travel date, and click "Search".
For Provence regional travel, on the SNCF website, click on "TER" or "Regions", then select the Provence-Alpes-Cote d'Azur part of the map. After that, specify your departure town (Nice), your Arival town (Bandol, for example), put in a day and a time, and click "Search".
