We had this salad dish at Le Garden, in the center of Orange. Lots of fresh ingredients, making it filling and
interesting, yet without the heavy cheeses or meats found in the "complex" salads common in French
restaurants.
The ingredients included lettuce, tomato, apple, avocado, artichoke heart, radish and
finely-shredded red and white cabbage.
