Sponsored Link Parameters
Text for Beyond's Sponsored Links are limited to about 12 words, or 6 lines in a 120-pixel column. Beyond Sponsored Links on the content pages will be located in the right-hand column, near the top, above any Google ads. Sponsored Links on Beyond's home page are located in the lower-right part of the page, in the area marked "Sponsored Links".
Page Traffic
Readership of Beyond varies during the year, with about 1.5 - 2 million pages/month read during the summer and dropping to about 1 million pages during the winter.
We use a generic statistics measuring package with our host; this gives us some detail on specific pages, but with several thousand pages of Beyond, we cannot provide personalized page-impression reports.
- (1) Home Page - About 30,000 pages/month read (index.htm and index.html)
- (2) Top Sections - Section index pages for Villages, Maps and Hotels have about 10-16,000 pages/month read.
- (3) Other Sections - Food, Sites, Themes, Travel, etc.
get up to about 7-8,000 pages/month read.
- (3) Top Towns - Aix-en-Provence, Avignon, Cannes, Marseille, Nice, Saint Tropez: 5-10,000 pages/month read.
- * Other Towns, Other Pages - Many of our other towns and villages and other popular pages get aroung 1-3,000 pages/month read. Examples are Antibes, Arles, Cassis, Eze, Gordes, St Paul, St Remy, etc. Although they have less traffic than our Top Towns, these can be interesting for targeting specific areas.
